SaaS B2B SaaS Founder

From 0 to 3,600 Impressions in 30 Days With No SEO Experience

0 → 3,600 impressions and 110 clicks in 30 days

The situation

A solo founder running a B2B SaaS product had no blog, no content strategy, and no SEO experience. The site had a homepage and a pricing page — nothing else. Google Search Console showed zero impressions.

The founder had tried hiring a freelance writer once. The result was three generic articles that ranked for nothing. After that, SEO went to the bottom of the to-do list.

The problem was not knowledge. It was time. The founder knew content SEO mattered but could not justify spending 15–20 hours per month on keyword research, writing, and publishing when the product needed building.

What Sebora did

The founder dropped the site URL into Sebora. Here is what happened next:

Day 1 — Qualification and brief. Sebora scanned the site, checked indexability, detected the CMS, and connected Google Search Console. It generated a business brief covering the ICP, positioning, and conversion goal. The founder reviewed and approved it in 10 minutes.

Day 2–3 — Strategy. Sebora analyzed the (empty) search console data and competitor landscape. It built 3 topic clusters with 10 target articles, each scored by priority and estimated effort. The founder approved the plan.

Day 4–14 — Writing and delivery. Sebora wrote all 10 articles — each 1,200+ words with optimized title tags, meta descriptions, internal links, FAQ sections, and Article + FAQ JSON-LD schema. Articles were delivered directly to the CMS as ready-to-publish drafts.

Day 14–30 — Indexing and growth. Articles got indexed. Impressions climbed from 0 to 600/day by the end of the month. The hockey-stick curve appeared in week 3.

What made the difference

Average position 9.9 means page 1. In 30 days, with a brand new blog, the majority of articles landed on the first page of Google. This is not typical for manual content — it happened because Sebora writes with structured data, proper internal linking, and keyword targeting built into every article from the start.

3.1% CTR on a new site. Most new blogs see CTRs below 1% in their first month. Sebora’s optimized title tags and meta descriptions drove clicks from day one.

The growth curve is accelerating, not flattening. The last 7 days of the month accounted for more impressions than the first 21 days combined. This is the compounding effect of topical authority — each new article reinforces the others.

Founder’s takeaway

“I approved the brief and the plan. That took maybe 20 minutes total. Then I forgot about it. Three weeks later I checked Search Console and the graph was going vertical. I have never seen results this fast from content.”

The founder did not learn SEO. Did not write content. Did not manage a writer. Sebora handled the entire workflow from research to publish-ready drafts.

Time invested by the founder: 20 minutes. Result: 3,600 impressions, 110 clicks, average position 9.9.
